Process Introduction:

1) Electrolyte Preparation: The gold is dissolved using a chlorination method, and then diluted to a specified concentration with an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid to serve as the electrolyte.

2) Crude Gold Ingot Casting: Crude gold with a gold content of 95% or higher and gold powder after secondary reduction are smelted in a medium-frequency furnace and poured into a specially designed anode mold to cast gold anode plates.

3) Electrolytic Refining: Transfer the prepared electrolyte to the electrolytic cell, hang the gold anode plate in the designated position, and start electrolysis. Using a superimposed AC/DC power supply ensures a more thorough electrolysis.

4) Cathode Gold: After electrolysis, shut down the electrolysis, remove the cathode, and peel off and clean the gold deposited on it. After cleaning, dry, cast into ingots, mark, and store.

Equipment Advantages:

  1. Very stable product quality, reaching Au99.99 gold ingot standards; 99.999% purity gold ingots can also be produced according to special needs.
  2. Low production cost: approximately 0.02 RMB/gram of gold.
  3. Utilizes high current density electrolysis technology (1000A/m²), resulting in high production efficiency and an electrolysis cycle of 22 hours.
  4. Low gold content: 12-13L of electrolyte is used for 5kg/day gold electrolysis, containing 120-150g/L of gold, with a gold content of up to 2kg. 5. Transparent, enclosed fume hood provides a good working environment, is easy to operate, and has an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The entire set of equipment occupies approximately 5 square meters.
  5. Equipped with a flue gas condensation device. Because the gold electrolysis process requires relatively high temperatures (60-70℃), the flue gas condensation device can condense and reflux the volatile electrolyte, preventing gold loss.
  6. The main body of the equipment is made of high-performance polypropylene material, and the cathode and anode conductive parts are made of titanium-clad copper, offering excellent conductivity.
