Product Description:
Our company offers various models of high current density silver electrolysis units with daily outputs of 20kg, 50kg, 100kg, 200kg, and 300kg. In addition, we also provide high current density, residue-free silver electrolysis units such as YS-YDJ-W-50, YS-YDJ-W-100, and YS-YDJ-W-150, as well as custom-designed ship-shaped high current density silver electrolysis cells. The selection of a silver electrolysis unit depends on various factors, such as the suitability of raw materials, production site conditions, employee operating habits, output, and feeding mode.

Application Scope:
Suitable for processing raw silver with a purity of 97% and above, and can also be used to purify silver with a purity of 99.95% to 99.999%.
Process Introduction:
- Anode Plate Casting: The silver electrolysis process requires casting crude silver into anode plates. These cast anode plates are then placed into automated silver electrolysis equipment for subsequent electrolysis operations. Therefore, before crude silver enters the electrolysis process, anode plate casting must be performed first. The collected crude silver is placed in an induction furnace for melting. After melting, it is poured into an anode mold cart and cast into crude silver anodes of the specified size.
- Solution Preparation: The process of preparing a mixture of silver nitrate and nitric acid aqueous solution is called solution preparation. Solution preparation can be achieved by reacting pure silver with nitric acid. The reaction equation for silver with nitric acid is as follows: Ag + 2HNO₃ → AgNO₃ + NO₂↑ + H₂O. The high concentration of nitrogen oxides generated during solution preparation needs to be absorbed by high-concentration nitrogen oxide waste gas treatment equipment.
- Loading into the Electrolytic Cell: If conditions permit, a crane can be used. During loading, workers suspend the cast silver anode plates on a silver anode sorting rack, and the crane lifts them into the silver electrolytic cell. This step reduces the labor intensity of workers, avoids direct contact with the electrolyte, and effectively improves the working environment. After loading, the crude silver undergoes electrolytic purification.
- Electrolysis and Discharge: After adjusting the current and voltage of the silver electrolysis unit to the specified values, start the automatic scraper system. During electrolysis, only one person is needed to continuously monitor the operation to ensure normal functioning. After electrolysis, the electrolyte is discharged into the circulation tank through the solid-liquid separator at the discharge valve, while the silver powder is sent to the cleaning and drying machine.
- Silver Powder Cleaning: After electrolysis, the silver powder is placed in an integrated cleaning and drying machine. Deionized hot water is used for cleaning. The cleaned liquid enters the cleaning solution storage tank. The primary wash water is used to replenish the electrolyte, while the secondary wash water is collected and reused as the primary wash water for the next batch of silver powder. This reuse of wash water significantly reduces wastewater generation.
