Project Purpose：The project is aimed at purifying precious metals such as platinum, palladium, and rhodium. The raw materials are low-purity platinum, palladium, and rhodium materials.
Usage：This project mainly focuses on precious metal refining and flue gas treatment after refining.
Principles of Rare Metal Purification Equipment
- Palladium Refining: Palladium dissolution, palladium precipitation, ammonia complexation, acidification precipitation, and hydrazine hydrate reduction.
- Platinum Refining: Dissolution, platinum precipitation, calcination, hydrolysis, filtration, palladium removal, platinum precipitation, and calcination.
- General Process: Dissolution, selective precipitation, formic acid reduction, calcination, and hydrogen reduction.
Construction Status
The equipment has been installed on the third floor, and the equipment on the first and second floors has been installed in place.
