Precious Metal Refining and Purification Equipment

Neutralization Reaction Kettle

The neutralization reaction kettle, manufactured from PPH material, is primarily suitable for the temporary storage, metering, dropping addition, buffering, and other processes of materials in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, food, oils and fats, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and light industry. Due to its superior performance in many aspects compared to equipment made from other materials under the same operating conditions, it has been widely applied in industrial production within the aforementioned sectors.

Structural Features

The equipment is available in two structural forms: vertical and horizontal. The vertical type is further divided into lug-mounted vertical and leg-supported vertical configurations.

Specifications and Performance

  1. Capacity: Ranging from 0.05 cubic meters to 5 cubic meters. Special specifications can be designed and manufactured upon request.
  2. Operating Pressure: Atmospheric pressure to ≤-0.1 MPa.
  3. Operating Temperature: -10°C to 80°C.

Installation Instructions

  • As the equipment is made of PPH plastic, which is relatively brittle, it is strictly prohibited to subject it to collisions, heavy crushing during transportation. Handle with care during loading, unloading, and positioning. When installing, tighten the bolts of each component slowly to avoid damaging the equipment.
    1. Corrected sentence: As the equipment is made of PPH plastic, which is relatively brittle, it is strictly prohibited to subject it to collisions or compression/crushing by heavy objects during transportation. Handle it with care during loading, unloading, and positioning. Tighten the bolts of each component slowly during installation to avoid damaging the equipment.
  • For horizontal and leg-supported vertical types, if placed directly on the ground, anchor bolts are not required. However, if installed on elevated supports, they must be secured with bolts. Lug-mounted vertical types must always be secured with bolts during installation.
  • After the equipment is fixed in place, connect the corresponding pipelines according to the purpose of each port. Unused ports should be sealed with blind flanges or ball valves.
