Our Hot Products
We focus on R&D and manufacturing of complete refining technologies & dedicated equipment for precious metals (Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Rhodium, Iridium, Ruthenium), as well as high-purity copper, tellurium, indium, gallium and other rare scattered metals.
Our Customers
Our clients span domestic and overseas precious metal recycling, smelting and solid waste treatment industries. We provide tailored equipment solutions and full lifecycle service for every cooperative partner.

This project is an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project for gold and silver refining, encompassing workshop design, equipment production, installation, commissioning, and process training. The raw materials are refined gold and crude silver.

It also overcomes the technical challenge of the highly unstable purity of 99.999% high-purity gold produced by traditional chemical methods.

This project officially commenced operation in April 2021, treating tail gases from silver refining and platinum-palladium refining in Workshop 1 of the smelter. These include high-concentration nitrogen oxides from silver dissolution with nitric acid and alkaline waste gas from the platinum-palladium complexation reactor.

Accordingly, the Malian government will integrate domestic gold resources and establish a new state-owned Mali Gold Refining Company for gold refining and purification, with corresponding policy incentives. Domestic gold mine resources in Mali will also be prioritized for allocation to the Mali Gold Refining Company.

After nearly half a year of hard work, our company successfully completed the construction and installation of the precious metal catalyst recovery and refining project; the installation, fastening and inspection of the cable tray cover equipment in the smelting enrichment-hydrochloric acid iron removal-extraction separation-classical refining process area were carried out in an orderly manner.

Our client signed a contract for palladium refining and waste gas treatment. Each batch can refine 10-15 kg of palladium. Glass reaction vessels and storage tanks are used, ensuring the entire reaction process is transparent, easy to clean, and free from pressure buildup.

Wet leaching of precious metals: The essence of wet leaching technology is to directly dissolve aluminum group metals from a carrier using hydrochloric acid and a strong oxidant or other special chemical reagents (such as cyanide), and then further enrich and extract platinum group metal products from a low-concentration bath.

Plasma arc melting, using a plasma arc as a heat source, is a highly efficient pyrometallurgical technique. It has applications in machinery, metallurgy, and aerospace, and is particularly suitable for producing high-melting-point metals and special functional alloy materials and devices.
The ferroalloy phase is remelted and spray-dried into powder using standard equipment under an inert atmosphere, and then leached with dilute sulfuric acid at room temperature; the leaching reaction is very rapid.
Based on extensive practical experience from numerous manufacturers, the following advantages have been identified: environmentally friendly, labor-saving, time-saving, energy-efficient, and ensuring stable technical parameters.
