Composition and Value of Scrap PCBs
Main Components
Scrap PCBs are primarily composed of copper-clad laminates (including copper foil and substrate). The substrate is typically an insulating layer of fiberglass impregnated with resin.
Recycling Value
In addition to copper, PCBs contain various metals such as gold, silver, aluminum, nickel, and lead, as well as non-metallic materials such as resin and fiberglass, all of which have high recycling value.
Product Advantage
- The addition of an automated control system streamlines the entire production process, reducing manual labor and energy consumption, generating zero pollution, and improving efficiency.
- Its comprehensive performance is exceptional, with exceptional results for thermostats, computer boards, TV boards, and other circuit controllers. It is also compatible with recycling various circuit boards containing capacitors.
- This production line is an upgraded version of the wind-type selector product, requiring less space and is currently the ideal line for recycling discarded circuit boards.
- The entire system utilizes a new three-in-one dust removal system (cyclone, electrostatic precipitator, and static dust removal), resulting in zero air pollution and no industrial waste.
- The equipment boasts a clean appearance, is flexible to install, and is easy to operate.
