This gold electrolysis unit is designed with a PLC automation operating system, utilizing a touch screen for controlling the rectifier power supply switch, current and voltage settings, heating and circulation switches, etc. It incorporates monitoring functions for electrolysis voltage, current, and copper busbar temperature. In the event of abnormal electrolysis parameters, it can directly interlock and shut down the rectifier power supply. Additionally, it features an electrolysis parameter storage function, enabling real-time querying of various parameters during the electrolysis process for easy analysis of any issues that may arise. The entire set of equipment is simple and convenient to operate.
Our gold electrolysis units are suitable for refining crude gold with a purity of 92% or higher. Currently, our company offers standard models such as JQ-JDJ-5, JQ-JDJ-10, JQ-JDJ-20, JQ-JDJ-30, and JQ-JDJ-50, which can meet daily gold production capacities of 5kg, 10kg, and 20kg, respectively. Customized designs are also available based on customer requirements.
