Operation Instruction
- Power On/Off: After connecting to the power supply, press the power key to turn on the device. Press the power key again to turn it off. After powering on, the screen will display a welcome screen and enter the main menu after 1 second.
- Water Pump: It is turned off by default after the power is connected, and the indicator light is off. In manual mode, you need to manually control its on/off state. In automatic mode, the water pump is turned on by default, and you can press the water pump key at any time to manually turn it off or on.
- Agitator: It is turned off by default after the power is connected, and the indicator light is off.

Operation Guide Table: Operation Precautions
- Since most precious liquors are corrosive, avoid leaving the cathode barrel immersed in the precious liquor for an extended period after the electrolysis operation is completed.
- Before conducting operations in automatic mode, it is necessary to configure the automatic mode settings. The process is divided into three stages, with different voltages and operating times settable for each stage.
- When using the equipment independently, try to avoid directly pouring the solution onto or causing large amounts of it to splash onto the central column of the electrowinning cell. If this occurs, immediately wipe it dry with a dry cloth.
- When connecting various pipe fittings, secure them first and then gradually tighten them to the appropriate position. Avoid making them too loose or too tight. If they are too loose, air leakage may occur; if they are too tight, the pipe fittings may be damaged.
- During external circulation operations, the liquid level inside the electrowinning cell can be adjusted via the internal circulation valve. Generally, it should be opened between 1/2 and 2/3.
- During operation, if blackening is observed on the cathode surface and the adsorption is weak, reduce the voltage to prevent excessive oxidation and shedding of precious metals, which could affect their purity.
- Avoid running the water pump under no-load conditions for an extended period. Otherwise, it may become demagnetized and damaged due to overheating.
